Returns and exchanges

15 day return: In the rare chance your Ocean Fired Studio Pottery piece is damaged in shipping, please follow this process to receive credit or refund:

Email  oceanfiredstudiopottery@gmail.com with 1) a photo of the box item was shipped in, and 2) a photo of the damaged item. These photos must accompany your request for a refund/credit, as it is required to submit them to the shipping source in order to file an insurance claim.
